Shaft is 5" long, and is tapered. Maximum front end diameter is 1-/4". Shaft base diameter is 1". Great for Book Making, Gluing (Cementing), Flattening, Compressing, (Linoleum) Block Printing/Embossing, etc. Also great for compressing other objects, such as leaves, and flowers and bugs. And for flattening objects that have become bent or wrinkled (eg: after folding or becoming wet). And for making sharp, crisp folds. Many, many uses mainly for converting 3-dimensional objects into nearly 2-dimensional objects. This is not a screw press but a lever press, so you can operate it much more quickly and efficiently when doing multiple jobs with it. Solid steel press plate. Opening length is 5" and width is 2-1/2", so maximum total press area is 12-1/2 square inches (5 x 2.5). (2) If you need to apply continuous pressure (eg: for glue jobs), attach a weight to the handle to apply the continuous pressure force you require. By varying the attached weight amount and distance from the end, you can tune your continuous press plate pressure over a great range, and vary the pressure as needed.

Our method is when we need a cable tie from an unopened bubble, we just cut a small slit at the top of that bubble and remove the cable tie. The primary thing that makes any cable tie age and become brittle is exposure to air. If you keep cable ties in a box or jar, they will be exposed to much air and everytime you open it, all its cable ties will be exposed to more air, and in a year or so, the cable ties will likely dry up, become brittle and worthless. Using our method, minimal air is inside the bubble at all times, and the bubbles also protect them from exposures to water, dirt, grease, oils, chemicals. With this package, zip ties are highly visible so you can easily determine which ones are ideal for each of your needs. We bought a lot of these clamps, some of which we use in our shops and labs. We have found these types of clamps/vises so useful in so many different ways, some of which are shown in the images. For example, we use two clamp/vises to firmly grip an object for sawing with a band saw or grinding with a grinder for minimal exposure of your hands to the blade/grinder, maximum smoothness of cut/grind and minimal blade binding. If you want to improve the tool's gripping abilities or to better handle especially delicate Items or better electrically and/or thermally insulate the tool's fingers, you can put heat shrink tubing or rubber tubing (we prefer common clear neoprene hose pieces, see two images above) onto the tool's fingers, or dip the fingers into a can of liquid rubberized tool handle coating (eg: Plasti Dip). While rubber tubing and coatings are softer, shrink tubes are much better under heat and as an electrical insulator.

          NOTE #1: This is a re-purposed clamping-type device. While it works great for many jobs - we often use these types of clamps/vises in our shops, labs, and kitchens for many different functions - we do not know what its original use or purpose was for. Just like dental picks - originally intended only for cleaning teeth - now have virtually unlimited uses by many other professions, trades, crafts and hobbies, this clamp/vise is very useful far beyond any original purpose it was designed for. In fact, we find that there are many jobs we do where no other clamp or vise will properly grip, hold or position the object. (2) NO-MAR CLEAR TAPE / TRANSPARENT TAPE ROLLS
EACH ROLL: 1-in WIDE, 72-yd LONG (2592yards-in), 3" CORE

New old stock (NOS). No-Mar Clear Tape / Transparent Tape Rolls. 3M Scotch Brand. Each tape roll is 1 inch wide, 72 yards long (2592 inches), and 3" core.

The primary purpose of this tape is to hold onto objects using medium adhesive strength so that in many cases the tape can later be removed with minimum object marring, scarring, tearing, distorting, and sticky residue left behind. We find this tape is ideal for layout work, object bundling, displays, photo layouts, splicing photos, and similar. While full adhesive strength tape (i.e. clear tape) is great for many uses, full adhesive strength tape has major disadvantages:
First, common clear tape will often mar, tear, lift up, separate, and/or distort the surface it is taped onto if removed. For many tape uses, you should not use a tape with ultra-strong attachment, but a tape which is strong enough to hold what you need to hold, but not so strong that it damages the surfaces it was on if removed or shifted. This is why this no-mar tape is an excellent tape for masking and splicing uses, and for attaching things together or onto objects (e.g. gluing a broken statue, dish or wood furniture), especially great for scrapbooking, attaching photos (e.g. montages) and collectibles to a backing (e.g. stamps, currency, documents, etc.), for splicing film strips, and as a clear masking tape (e.g. for painting) with minimal risk of damaging the underlying surfaces.
Second, while writing on many clear tapes may not be possible, you can write on this no-mar tape with a permanent marker and it won't smear or easily rub off. Yet, this no-mar tape is about as strong as clear tape when it comes to trying to tear it, while transparent tape (which also can be written on) tears far too easily.

While this no-mar tape is much less likely to damage an underlying surface, we have not tested it on all surface types or under all conditions, and thus we cannot guarantee that the surface you may use it on won't be damaged by it, so experiment with it first on the same type of surface of an expendable object or object part before carefully applying it to more important objects. Also, since its stickiness is less than that of full-strength tape, don't expect this no-mar clear tape to hold on as strongly as the full-strength tape. If you need a macho tape, then certainly use a macho tape. But if you need a strong but much less risky tape, then use this tape.

These are great! Normal use is to secure objects to panels thereby securing the objects while reinforcing the strength of the panels, and to secure panels to frames (e.g. car door panels to car door frames, car fenders) or to other panels, and securing pieces of paneling or sheetmetal sheets together. So many other uses. Great as a pinch for common 5/16" nuts. You can grind off the bottom washer for straight nut uses with built-in square washers (you can use the overhang left of the top washer to grip the object edge or dig into the object surface for a lockwasher type effect or just also grind it off). The lower part can also be bent out up to 90 degrees (e.g. for use as small hanging hooks for tools, parts, aprons, etc., and as small grappling hooks or gripping hooks for ropes, straps and chains). Magnetic Strip is sold here in 5-feet increments. This stuff is great! You cut off the sizes you need for your particular uses. We measured the magnetic pull strength to be 12.75 ounces per square inch in direct contact with iron, which is a much more practical and useful way of rating magnetic strength for many uses than is Gauss or Tesla.

NOTE: Be very careful when you buy magnetic items Online where you cannot actually test the magnetic item yourself prior to purchase. Even the magnetic strength of reputable commercial magnetic strip varies greatly - strongest mag strip can be 3+ times stronger than weakest. With shady dealers, the variation can exceed an order of magnitude (10+), with some mag strip so weak it can barely hold up razor blades or stick to a fridge - much less hold up a sturdy steel sign, pliers or knives. If you need very weak magnetic strip, then buy from them. Otherwise, if the seller does not describe directly in his/her ad what the magnetic strength is in terms that you clearly understand with an actual value as we did above, then based on our experiences, you should strongly reconsider any decision to buy. This plastic-matrix strip magnetic material is extremely versatile as well as strong. In addition to adhering to steel and iron surfaces, it can also be cut or sawed (each piece retains its magnetic properties), drilled, nailed or screwed (drill a pilot hole first), sanded and polished, shaped and molded to fit rounded surfaces, painted (use a paint which adheres to plastic surfaces), and glued and cemented (common silicone rubber cement works well on most surfaces). Its uses are practically endless from holding up tools, utensils, parts, signs and displayis, to keeping cabinet and other doors closed, to picking up dropped or stored small iron and steel objects (e.g. screws, bolts, nuts, nails, tacks, pins, etc.), to holding blades and bits, to holding parts together during disassemblies and assemblies, to holding glue jobs together, etc. We are constantly finding how very useful and handy this magnetic strip is. Great for every type of shop and laboratory, crafts person, modeler, hobbyist, business person, mechanic, machinist, scientist, engineer, technician, experimenter, do-it-yourself handyman / handywoman, etc. Great for science projects and science fairs. Great for studying the properties of magnets. Major uses we have at Consumertronics (Albuquerque, NM) and Lone Star Consulting, Inc. (El Paso, TX) is to cut-to-length and cement pieces of magnetic strip to the bottoms of our vises so they adhere to our metal work surfaces, and also to cement magnetic strip to pieces of angle iron and angle aluminum to make specialized vise jaws (much cheaper than buying vise jaws). You definitely should keep lengths of this magnetic strip in all of your work areas and tool containers, as we do.

Please note that while many steels are almost as attractive to magnets as iron because almost all of the steel is iron, other steels are not very magnetic. Used and in very good condition. Rare, Vintage, Unique and very Versatile Thermal Plastic Softener Warmer Heater. Has no make or part #. While originally designed for adjusting, shaping and sizing eyeglass frames and earpieces, this electric heater tool is great for many other uses, especially for crafters, modelers, and laboratory technicians. Silvery post is aluminum, base is steel (with minor corrosion on bottom). Post is labeled with size numbers: 36 (top), 38 40, 42 and 44 (bottom). Tapered part of post is 4-3/8" long. Post has an oval or oblong cross section (about 1-1/4" x 1-3/8" at its top and 1-11/16 x 2" at bottom of taper), because eyeglass lens holes are mostly oval or oblong. Hole at the top is also oval or oblong - about 1/4" x 3/8" and about 6" deep. (In left image, the device is lying down with the post top resting on a poser for more accurate taper perspective.)

Eyeglass frame tolerances are not that great and vary between frames, so you can have a situation where an eyeglass lens is a little too large in one or both dimensions to fit into the frame. Trying to adjust a cold plastic frame or earpiece can easily result in cracking and even breaking the plastic, ruining the frame. Back in the day, eyeglass frames were adjusted, shaped and sized using a thermal tool like this - now very rare. To shape a frame's eye hole, one places eye hole over the heated post and then slides it down to the appropriate size, then gently works the frame into the right size and shape. The frame lens hole shape need not be the exact same shape or size as the oval/oblong post cross section as the frame can be manipulated to contact only that part of the post needed to shape and size it. This thermal heater also works great with eyeglass earpieces. The earpiece is briefly inserted into the hole at the top, then remove the earpiece, and while it is still warm, gently adjust and shape it for fit.

This unique thermal device has countless other great uses, especially for crafts people, modelers and laboratory technicians. One is not restricted to plastic eyeglass frames and ear pieces, but other plastic types of loops, bends and spirals can also be used with it. Also great for shaping and curving plastic rods and tubes to fit desired designs and uses. We used this to make curved black eyebrows for a mannequins, and for doing interesting Christmas, Easter and Thanksgiving decorations, exhibits and displays (e.g. Christmas tree hangers). Can also be used for decorations and displays for birthdays, other special occasions, science projects and displays, theater sets, and even Halloween. Can also be used to melt plastic to seal plastic boxes and similar, holes in plastic, plastic seals, plastic tube tops, and the ends of nylon cords and webbing. Device can also be used to attach or repair loosened decals and patches with melt glue on them, such as caps, hats, shirts and jackets, even to quickly iron wrinkled ties and ribbons, and is great for heatshrink tubing (especially great for large sizes, thick, multi-walled and adhesive-lined heatshrink tubing). And for uses and areas where you need high localized heat but don't want blowing air with it. And this thermal heater works with some rubbers and some woods. While it get very hot, we have not attempted to use it to bend chemistry lab glass or to melt solder or hot glue sticks. Can also be used as a temporary and emergency space heater, hand warmer, dry towel warmer, or small area heater to prevent pipes from freezing.

NOTE: This device requires some practice and skill to optimally use for eyeglass frames or model-making or crafts-type work. It only works well with materials which soften with heat. Since a few plastics and other materials do not soften with heat, some of which can be damaged by heat, cautiously test your materials first. In many cases, experimentation is required for optimum matching of materials to this device, and to develop good material shaping and sizing skills, but once you get the knack for using it well, it is a real joy and time saver to use.

CAUTION: This device is a heater that gets hotter than some soldering irons - hot enough to seriously burn flesh and damage property, and possibly cause a fire if tipped over or something flammable comes into contact with its hot parts. These Griplier locking pliers are stamped with: "The 'Third Hand' for Small Assemblies". The "gun site" like structure at the top is the lever that you push forward with your thumb to lock these XACTO pliers, causing it to hold tightly onto the object of interest. You push it back to unlock. These extremely rare Griplier pliers make an absolutely wonderful collectible for collectors of tools in general, pliers in general, locking pliers, clamping tools or locking tools, XACTO tools, electronic tools, craft tools, modeling tools, etc. - your collection is not complete without THIS very rare XACTO Lock Griplier Pliers. The Artograph Tracer Projector and enlarger is a great device for the artist, student artist, artistically-inclined, crafters and hobbyists, many others. Basically, you hang up a piece of paper on the wall (preferably white or translucent paper), for example, with pieces of masking tape on the corners. You then place the art, pattern or design item flat onto a hard flat surface large enough to fit the Artograph Projector and image enlarger. You then place the Artograph Tracer Projector on top of the item, You then turn the Autograph Tracer Projector On, and point it and enlarger towards the hanging paper. The 2X-to-14X projected image appears on the paper, which you then sharply focus by turning the black cap on front. You then trace around the enlarged projected image. You then make any changes you want to your drawing, and then you fill in your tracing with the appropriate colors while on or off the wall. The result is you can become a great artist. The Artograph Tracer Projector enlarger runs off of 120VAC. While originally designed to use a 100-watt incandescent bulb, the Artograph Tracer Projector works fine with popular fluorescent "curly-fry" bulbs that produce the same or greater light intensity at much less wattage and heat. This is great because when only incandescent bulbs were available, 100W bulbs were too hot to use the Artograph Projector on photo originals and other resin-based art or design items, but with newer cooler bulbs, discoloring or burning the item is much less likely. Also, since fluorescent bulbs produce higher frequency light, their projected images are more sharp than with incandescent bulbs. Used and in very good condition. Elastrator Elastic Band Expander, Rubber Band Expander. Commonly sold as a Veterinary Castration Tool / Emasculation Tool. For elastic bands 1/4" - 2-1/4" diameter. This Elastrator tool is unbeatable for expanding out heavy-duty elastic bands. We bought two, are keeping one and selling this one. Tiewraps are usually not optimum for bind groups of bundled objects in which one or more objects is not in direct contact with the tie wrap, thereby tending to slip out from the middle of the bundle. With an elastic band, the elastic pressure pushes the bundle tightly together, thereby minimizing slippage even in bundles consisting of dozens of individual objects. Even for ordinary store-bought rubber bands, this Elastrator Elastic Band Expander tool is a big advantage because you can expand and place the elastic band with just one hand using this tool while you grip and place the object or bundle to be banded with your other hand. And heavy elastic bands are difficult to expand with your hands, requiring both hands to expand, and can snap out of your grip producing a bad sting or flying off some great distance. Where does one get heavy-duty elastic bands? We've seen them commercially sold (most commonly as Elastrator Bands, Qty 100 for $15-$20), but what we do is buy from a bike shop (for $1-$3 each) discarded heavy-duty bike tubes but still in mostly very good condition (bike tubes come in various wheel diameter and tube diameter sizes), then we cut them into 100-200 bands of various widths. These bike tube rubber bands hold on much more securely than ordinary rubber bands, and last perhaps 10 times longer. Our main use for them is for bundling-up tubes of ICs, and also for bundling-up metal tubing and other metal stock, hoses, dowel rods, wires and cables, long screws and bolts, electronic parts (e.g. antennas), tool accessories with their tools, and tools with related tools, etc. Can also be used for bundling such things as flower arrangements, eating utensils, school supplies, craft items, closing non-zip type bags, etc. This versatile tool can also be use to quick and easily make air coils (e.g. to make inductors or to wrap wire, cable, string, thread, tubing, ribbon) up to about 4" in diameter - you simply slide onto each tyne a spool (not provided - empty thread spools work great), expand the spools out to the desired coil size, tape the tool handles so the expanded size stays fixed, wrap the coil, remove the tape, allow the tynes to close back in, and remove the coil from the spools.

ELECTRONIC USES: These new steel pins work really great to test breadboard circuits, as temporary or permanent test points for breadboards and PC board circuits, and as jumpers for breadboard and PC board circuits (breadboard jumpers / PC board jumpers). These electronic test pins are 1-3/4" inches long, 1/2" wide at the top, 18 gauge steel wire, and have two pins (legs) which are pointed at both ends to ease insertion into breadboard circuit board and connector connection feed-through holes. One great advantage of these test pins is that the wire is wavy at the top, permitting fast, easy and secure connections with 1, 2 or 3 simultaneous probes of the wide variety, types and sizes of probes used with test equipment, signal generators, power supplies, jumpers, etc., as shown. Because the test pin is made of stiff and strong wire (other similar pins are made of much softer wire and thus not good electronic test pins as they bend too easily), it works well with even big and heavy test probes and with relatively rough handling. Another major feature of these testpins is that these wavy connection points are horizontally offset from the pin insertion points so that you can clearly see and work in the test area where the pin is inserted because the test probe(s) is not in your way. This translates into easier and faster testing and repairs. Having tested 1,000s of circuit boards over the years, we can attest that this feature alone is a great convenience by eliminating the major annoyance of the typical straight test pins of having to constantly peer around the test pin to observe the components under test and make adjustments and changes as needed. For test pin purposes, we usually clip off one of the pins and put a short piece of heat shrink tubing on the remaining pin to minimize inadvertant circuit shorts. Also, these testpins make great jumpers, with easily modifiable spacing adjustments as necessary by simply bending the wavy part and clipping to length. Also, you can cut these test pins between the two wavy points to produce two identical test pins of one pin each to double the number of your test pins / test points. Great for many craft, modeling, shop and clothing uses. Back in the day, puff irons were used to produce ruffles, puffed sleeves and puffed shoulders in fancy blouses. These days, add to their traditional functions:
      (1) Heat installation of thermal-adhesive patches, insignias and name tags onto caps (e.g. baseball caps), clothes, fabrics and other objects.
      (2) To smooth out wrinkles and to dry out damp areas, especially in curved areas.
      (3) Great for crafters, model-makers, artists and sculptors, and for plastic modeling, modifications, and replacement jobs, this Vin-Max Puff Iron softens plastic to mold plastic sheets and other plastic objects into the shapes you require - sort of a thermal version of an English wheel for thermally shaping plastic.

This is real chrome metal stripping foil - not chome-colored plastic or metalized mylar plastic. These items are hinged so that the top part lifts above the bottom part; you then put your photo negative between the posts of the bottom part, then close the top part back down to press on the negative so the negative is flat and locked into place. Used and in great condition. Rare Wall Mfg. Trio-R-Heat TL-650/U Soldering Gun (No. 2100 power handle, pistol grip), no tip or dual heating element, comes with a 1-page User Manual. Bottom hole (7/8" dia) has a light bulb (which works), bayonet car type. Top hole (5/8" dia) normally fits a dual soldering heating element, last we looked, both the heating elements and tips were still available (Sears). Also, many other useful plug-ins can be fabricated to use here. Trigger action results in a clicking snap switching action, so you have a firm feel as to when it is triggered ON and OFF. We bought these originally to experiment with possible stun gun applications, and for highly directional remote control applications ("point-and-shoot"). This Wall Mfg. Trio-R-Heat Soldering Gun is almost identical to the Sears Craftsman Professional Soldering Gun, Model 579-273200, 400/150 watts. We have both, and use the same heating element in either with no problem. The only known functional different between these Wall TL-650/U Trio-R-Heat Soldering Guns and the Craftsman 579-273200 Soldering Guns is that the Wall Soldering Guns have a push-ON / push-OFF light switch in the back, while the Craftsman Soldering Gun light comes on only when the trigger is pulled. The Wall also looks better built than the Craftsman. The "400/150 watts" means that the soldering gun idles at 150 watts, but kicks up to 400 watts when applied - which puts it way up on the upper end when it comes to power compared to almost all other soldering guns, which usually top out at 125 - 150 watts when used.

Originally designed to cool PLCC ICs and CPUs, however, they have many uses. They can be placed onto just about anything for cooling. The lamps we used to help these take these images tended to overheat, we slapped on one heatsink on each lamp, which now keep them much cooler. These Sekisui heatsinks have other uses as well. For example, the slots can be used to hold thin shelving; it takes 6 of them for 1-8 shelf levels, two heat sinks on each back corner and one heat sink on each front side, then slide in the shelf or shelves, the distance between shelves can then be fine-tuned. Shelving can be horizontal or vertical. These heatsinks also have various craft uses.

These new Umec ADSL Pots UT20145 telephone low pass filter phone boxes are really great, especially for the experimenter! These were originally made for - and still function very well as - line filters for DSL applications. The enclosures themselves are heavy-duty plastic 4" x 2-1/4" x 1". As you see, the circuit board is easily removed, letting you use this nice enclosure for prototype projects you may be working on - high quality substitutes for expensive Budd boxes. It has a flange that protrudes from the base 1/2" on each side with a center hole for convenient mounting. The board itself has 3 RJ-11 phone jacks: One phone jack for the Line, one for filtered Output and one for unfiltered Output. The PC board also consists of sets of series inductors and parallel capacitors used to perform the low pass filter function. The enclosure cut-outs for the RJ-11 connectors can be used for other connectors, or you can cut off the RJ-11 connectors from the boards and mount them on your own circuit board. RJ-11 cables are very common and inexpensive, and can be used for many phone and non-phone applications. The 3db cut-off is 7 KHz. Attenuation is 12db at 8 KHz, 60db at 20 KHz, and 72db at 40 KHz. Insertion loss from 200 Hz to 4 KHz is 0.5db. These connectors, inductors and capacitors can easily be removed, changed or added to should you need to change your low-pass filter characteristics or even to change the filter to bandpass filters.

The heads on all the pens work well, and appear to be brass. All heads are complete, except Pen #6 which has about an 1/8" broken off its tip. While the heads appear to be excellent quality and great condition, the same cannot be said of the wooden shafts. Several have cracks. Pen #2 was missing a piece near the head, and was repaired using epoxy cement. However, all shafts can be highly reinforced using heatshrink tubing, or you can remove the heads and install them onto other shafts. ("calligraphy pens" commonly misspelled "caligraphy pens").

Rare, Strong, durable, high-quality Steel Tool, Broom, Brush, Utensil, Rod, Pipe, Handles, Knobs, Sports Equipment, etc. End Caps with Steel Ring Loops. These steel caps are very versatile 5/8" ID caps. For woods and some plastics, the cap can be secured on using a nail or wood screw through the top hole as shown (hole can be enlarged for larger nails or screws). For metals, woods and plastics, steel cap can (also) be cemented or glued on. End cap can be removed and re-used/saved once the tool, broom, brush or other object is worn out or if broken. Great for hanging many different kinds of objects - even heavy objects (e.g. hammers, serving utensils, lawn tools). Also, the cap top is smooth and strong, so also great for pushing on the object or moderate hammering of the object, such as a chisel, punch, scraper, screwdriver or knife. We cemented these steel caps onto the screw ends of 4 of our larger Vise Grip pliers so we can conveniently hang the pliers plus provide greater leverage and comfort in turning the Vise Grip screw. Another great use for these steel caps is to use them to replace rotating disks (which often break off) of "C" clamp screw ends. The cap can also be used as the strong business end of a tool, such as for mashing, crushing, dimpling, dappling, burnishing, wiggling (wigglers are hole center-finding tools). The end cap can also be used at the end of tools in ball-and-socket applications, where a laboratory clamp can act as the socket. These steel caps protect the ends of important objects from abrasion, wear, water damage and mechanical damage. Adjustable with many versatile uses, but generally used to remove or make creases or dents in sheet metal and flexible plastic, more specifically usually used to remove dents and creases from dented car bodies. This crease handtool has a similar action to a pop rivet gun - when you pull on the handle, the bottom bit chuck (bit holder part) pulls up, and with a great mechanical advantage, to pull up whatever the bit is gripping onto. This crease tool is adjustable for the initial height of the bit chuck from the bottom for different lengths of bits and depths of creases. To use the Richco crease gun to remove a dent or crease, you screw or insert the end of the bit through a hole in the middle of the crease. You then insert the other end of the bit into the chuck and tighten it down. You then pull the handle to pull up the bit and with it the dent or crease up against the plexiglass, thereby flattening the crease or dent to remove it.
This Richco crease gun has many other pull-type uses, depending upon the bit used. For example, it can be used to pull a screw, rivet, pin, standoff or wire through a tight hole. The front extension part is spring-loaded and retractable, and is locked IN or OUT by a push-in action. Our best guess is that this is a boat tie-down or mooring fixture, but we are not certain. While it is likely used as a boat moor for docking boats or anchoring boats, it has many other possible uses as well, for example, this Device makes a very strong Push-On / Push-Off Deadbolt Lock for doors, gates, windows, etc. Just add a bracket to receive and hold the bolt, or chisel out a receiving space. And it can be used as a spring-loaded clamp, holder or press.

We don't know the original purpose for the dual-position feature, other than perhaps to apply or relieve tightness of the tied rope, cable or chain. Rare and very versatile Cermark USA Control Station w/ Hobbico Accu-Glo Pro Series Controller ("Power Panel with Advanced Circuitry") for Model Aircraft (Model Airplanes / Model Helicopters), Model Cars, Model Boats, Model Rockets / Amateur Rockets, Robotics, Model-Making, Crafts, Electronics, Gunsmithing to store and carry Tools, Assemblies, Parts and Materials.
          The built-in Hobbico Accu-Glo Pro Series Controller controls Power Output, Fuel Pump, and Glow Heat Adjustment, and comes with its own built-in power meter. For model aircrafts, the Power Output is usually used for propeller starters (e.g. Hobbico Torqmaster 90).
          The white and red Mark X Fuel Pump (bottom right image) fuels up your model aircraft, model cars, and model boats. The crossing blue tubes on right side are connected to it. A tube goes to a cap (1-1/2" ID threaded, see top left image) used for a plastic fuel bottle (1 gallon or less), which normally rests on the platform below the Mark X Fuel Pump. (The Cermark USA Control Station came with the fuel bottle, but it had some stale fuel in it, which we disposed of and threw the bottle away.) On left of Mark X Fuel Pump are its power wires, which feed through the Cermark USA Control Station, and connect to the Hobbico Accu-Glo using banana plugs (bottom left image, red banana plug mostly under box), which controls the dispensing and filling of the fuel bottle's fuel.
          This Cermark USA Control Station is large, made of wood painted bright yellow for visibility, 20-1/2" long by 8" wide base, 13-3/4" tall as shown, and with two drawers for convenient storage. Top of Cermark USA box are 4 wood extensions, each extending out upto about 3-5/8" at any angle above and to the side, each secured into place with a thumb screw - great for holding or enclosing models, equipment, stock and tools, as well as for wrapping with string, ropes, cables, wires or tubing. Minor damages includes scraping and scuffing at the bottom, and a repaired broken "ear" (bottom right image); except for the scraping on the bottom end the Accu-Glo, the entire bottom is in great condition with yellow paint intact, and shows not visible water damage.
