LOCAL PICKUP / LOCAL DELIVERY OPTIONS:
Applies to all orders $50+ AND [5-50 lbs OR 500-50,000 cubic inches]: S/H is high and increasing - especially for expedited shipping. We do our reasonable best to help you save on your S/H while getting your order quickly to you. To save much S/H money and for quickest deliveries you should buy as soon and as much as possible today and/or, if you are in the Albuquerque, NM, USA. area, opt for local pickup or delivery. We will seriously consider Local Pickup by Buyer - fast delivery + NO Shipping charge, and Onsite Delivery to Buyer - fast delivery + NO Shipping charge. Local pickups and local deliveries can usually be done on the same day that the full payment is received and clears. Buyer must accept all of the conditions below without qualifications or objections:
(1) Buyer must pay for his/her entire order in full (including the stated non-refundable Handling charge or $5 Handling if no stated Handling charge, but no Shipping charge), and Buyer's payment for the total amount owed us must clear before pickup or delivery is permitted (PayPal "Send Money" to: wizguru@consumertronics.net, or a Money Transfer Service (MTS) are recommended as there is no clearance period; all other checks and money orders, except Postal MOs, require 20 days to clear; for MTS, contact us for details). We require prior full payment for all orders because it results in far higher completions of transactions (e.g. Buyer showing up on time), and we don't have to deal with situations where the Buyer tries to shortchange us once we've made the trip.
(2) Payment should be for the exact amount. We won't provide change or pay any fee. And we don't allow any pickup or delivery without prior full and cleared payment.
(3) If failure to successfully complete a local pickup or local delivery occurs through no substantial fault of ourselves: (A) No other pickup or delivery attempt will be made without the payment of another Handling and mileage charges. (B) If the Order is cancelled, we must be informed in writing by the Buyer, and a 20% restocking fee applies. (C) Neither the Handling charge nor the mileage charge will be refunded. (D) Buyer must then pay full S/H charge again (resulting in a double Handling charge). (E) Order will then be shipped to Buyer using USPS, UPS, etc. upon Buyer's further instructions in writing. (F) We assume no liability to the Buyer and to all possible 3rd parties for any misunderstandings of scheduled times, addresses, directions and/or any other details relevant to all local pickups and deliveries.
(4) "Buyer" is defined as the person who pays for the
Item. "Seller" is us at ABQ Techzonics. We do local pickup
or local delivery only personally to the Buyer, and not to his/her substitute,
agent, representative, pickup service or shipping company. Buyer must fully
identify himself/herself by providing us his/her real name, physical address
and phone # (cellphone # preferred), and we must be able to verify Buyer's
identity (we may require a copy of Buyer's drivers license). Buyer must also
sign our delivery receipt for which he/she assumes full responsibility for.
Furthermore, Buyer must accept his/her order within 35 minutes of the scheduled
time at the agreed-upon meeting or delivery place if we have arrived there.
Buyer must wait for us at least 30 minutes after the scheduled time at the
agreed-upon meeting or delivery place if we are late. Buyer must arrive at
the agreed-upon meeting or delivery place no later than 30 minutes after the
scheduled time.
LOCAL PICKUPS:
We choose a public pickup place within 2 miles of Montgomery and Tramway intersection
(MT). Buyer prepays a flat non-refundable $10 as the mileage charge.
LOCAL DELIVERIES:
We deliver to most addresses within 30 miles one way of MT (verifiable address(es),
paved roads and parking area, and no mountain, bad weather or night driving),
Buyer prepays $10 plus $5 per driven mile (one way distance) as the non-refundable
mileage charge ($20 min.). Delivery place must be to a public place (e.g.
an open business, restaurant parking lot, etc. - no private residences, closed
businesses, storage facilities, parks, concealed areas, remote areas or rural
areas).
(5) Local pickups and local deliveries must occur Mon. - Sat., at a place and scheduled time acceptable to us. We reserve the right to reject any place or scheduled time suggested by the Buyer without liability to us.
(6) If order weighs more than 50 lbs, or must be transported more than 50 feet from our vehicle, or must be brought inside an enclosed space, Buyer may be required to do all lifting and carrying of his/her order from our vehicle and totally at Buyer's risk and expense.
(7) Pickup, delivery or arrangement for shipping must be completed within 30 days of purchase; after 30 days without the physical transfer of order to Buyer through no substantial fault of ourselves, or if Buyer failed to pay in full within 10 days of his/her purchase, we have the option of either charging Buyer storage fees or disposing of his/her order without liability to us.
(8) We assume no risks; Buyer assumes all risks.
(9) We reserve the right to not agree to or to cancel any pickup or delivery arrangement for any reason and at any time without explanation or liability to us, in which case we will ship the fully paid-for and cleared Buyer's order to Buyer in lieu of local pickup or local delivery, after the Buyer pays all Shipping charges.
