LOCAL PICKUP / LOCAL DELIVERY OPTIONS:

Applies to all orders $50+ AND [5+ lbs OR 500+ cubic inches]: S/H is high and increasing - especially for expedited shipping. We bend over backwards to help you save on your S/H while getting your order quickly to you. To save much S/H money you should buy as soon and as much as possible today and/or, if you are in the Albuquerque, NM, USA. area, opt for local pickup or delivery. We will consider local pickup by Buyer - fast delivery + NO Shipping charge, and onsite delivery to Buyer - fast delivery. Buyer must accept these conditions: (1) Buyer must pay for his/her entire order in full (including the stated Handling charge or $5 Handling if no stated Handling charge, but no Shipping charge if Buyer opts for local pickup but Shipping charge (below) if Buyer opts for delivery), and Buyer's payment must clear before pickup or delivery is permitted. (2) Payment must be for the exact amount (we won't provide change or pay any fee). (3) If failure to complete a pickup or delivery occurs through no substantial fault of ourselves, no other pickup or delivery attempt will be attempted, Buyer must then pay full S/H charge again (resulting in a double Handling charge in pickup case and double S/H charge in delivery case), and order will be shipped to Buyer using USPS, UPS, etc. (4) For local pickups, we choose the pickup point within 2 miles of Montgomery and Tramway intersection (MT). For deliveries, we deliver to most addresses within 30 miles of MT (one-way road distance, paved roads only, no mountain, bad weather or night driving), Buyer prepays $1 per driven mile (each way; $5 min.) for Shipping charge and delivery point must be a public place (e.g. business address, restaurant parking lot, etc.). (5) Local pickup and delivery must occur Mon. - Sat., at a place and schedule acceptable to us. (6) Buyer must provide his/her real name, physical address and phone # (cellphone # preferred), and we must be able to verify Buyer's identity (we may require a copy of Buyer's drivers license), order will be transferred only to the verified Buyer and not to an intermediate, substitute, agent or pickup service, and Buyer must sign for his/her order just prior to transfer of order to Buyer. (7) If order weighs more than 40 lbs, must be carried more than 50 feet or must be brought inside a building, Buyer may be required to do all lifting and carrying of his/her order. (8) Pickup, delivery or arrangement for shipping must be completed within 60 days of purchase; after 60 days without physical transfer of order to Buyer through no substantial fault of ourselves or if Buyer failed to pay in full within 10 days of his/her purchase, we have the option of either charging Buyer storage fees or disposing of order without liability to us. (9) We assume no risks; Buyer assumes all risks. (10) We reserve the right to not agree to or to cancel any pickup or delivery arrangement for any reason and at any time without explanation or liability to us, in which case we will ship the fully paid-for Buyer's order to Buyer in lieu of pickup or delivery.
