These are new professional DIP/DIL installation tools. You get two DIP/DIL tools. One DIP/DIL tool is for installing 0.3" DIP/DIL ICs, which include 6-pin DIP/DIL ICs, 8-pin DIP/DIL ICs, 14-pin DIP/DIL ICs, 16-pin DIP/DIL ICs and 18-pin DIP/DIL ICs, as will as some 20-pin DIP/DIL ICs, and 24-pin DIP/DIL ICs. Used, condition unknown and not guaranteed. We salvaged this RC-100B / RC100B PC board from a piece of Los Alamos equipment, labeled, "RETICON IC TESTER." A corner of the equipment itself was crushed by a forklift. The board was not in that corner and appears to be 100% fine. We can't find any datasheets or other paper work on this PC board, and we don't know how it was wired. Do you know anything about this board? However, we do know that Reticon ICs, of which we own a fair number, are quite valuable now. The white appearance of parts of the card is a photoflash artifact.
