(Sorry, we recently are sold out of this Item; we are trying to get more.) New old stock (NOS). Rare Versatile Electronic Terminal Clip Connectors, usually called Antenna Clips back in the day. Great for transmitting, receiving and/or testing for signals and voltages, for antennas, 9-volt radio batteries, terminal blocks, screw terminals, post terminals and other connectors. All kinds of other practical holding uses from clothes (i.e. clothes pins), to holding canvas/tarps/tents/covers, and as workholding and toolholding clamps. And as clamps even for holding rods, tubes and some lab glassware. Second image is to show one very good use: The fast testing of 9 volt batteries (also very useful for charging rechargeable 9 volt batteries, and for connecting up 9 volt batteries to loads). These antenna clips can also be used as a switch or trigger: Place a piece of metal in the jaws to complete circuit, then pull metal out to break the connection to trigger. And you can wire the two of these clips together to make a very handy two-wire jumper cable to fit your particular needs.

Each side of the clip is a separate steel conductor. Each of these conductors have both a screw terminal (for male spade and eye lugs and bare wire), and a rear tab for female spade lugs and solder connections. Sale is for two (2) unwired clips only as shown in first image, and does not include multimeter, cabling or wiring. Three are shown in image just to show various views of the clips.

Rare, large vintage perforated Phenolic Board, high-voltage, 8-1/2" x 17" X 1/8" Vectorbord Perforated Board. Holes are 0.1" diameter, with hole-to-hole spacing of about 0.265." There are 32 holes each row and 64 holes each column (2,048 holes total).

Phenolic has great properties, and numerous phenolic applications, especially high-voltage applications. Phenolic properties include: Resistance to high-voltages (excellent dielectric strength), excellent electrical insulator and thermal insulator, light weight, easily machinable, good mechanical strength and dimensional stability, retains chemical structure and rigidity at high temperatures, doesn't corrode or spark, low moisture absorption and high humidity resistance, excellent resistance to chemicals (e.g. acids, lubricants, cleaning solutions), excellent resistance to splitting and splintering. Phenolic uses include: Terminal boards, switching gear and panels (especially high-voltage switchers), bearings, gears, wear strips, gaskets, washers, transformers, machined small parts, industrial laminates, displays, packaging, partitions, project boards, robotics, crafts, and explosives applications. Used in many antique radios and other antique electronics equipment and vintage military equipment, so ideal for antique radio / antique electronic and vintage military equipment repairs, restorations and modifications. Also these phenolic boards, especially phenolic perf boards, make great robotics platforms, printed circuit board backups, for mounting large components, and to insulate the insides of electronic enclosures and electrical enclosures. Also, the phenolic board through holes (perforations) are great starter holes for drilling and punching, mountings, running wires, and for ventilation, lighting and sifting. Because of phenolic's special properties, if you do electronic, electrical or mechanical projects, repairs, restorations and modifications, this phenolic board is an important versatile material to keep on hand.

ELECTRONIC USES: These new steel pins work really great to test breadboard circuits, as temporary or permanent test points for breadboards and PC board circuits, and as jumpers for breadboard and PC board circuits (breadboard jumpers / PC board jumpers). These electronic test pins are 1-3/4" inches long, 1/2" wide at the top, 18 gauge steel wire, and have two pins (legs) which are pointed at both ends to ease insertion into breadboard circuit board and connector connection feed-through holes. One great advantage of these test pins is that the wire is wavy at the top, permitting fast, easy and secure connections with 1, 2 or 3 simultaneous probes of the wide variety, types and sizes of probes used with test equipment, signal generators, power supplies, jumpers, etc., as shown. Because the test pin is made of stiff and strong wire (other similar pins are made of much softer wire and thus not good electronic test pins as they bend too easily), it works well with even big and heavy test probes and with relatively rough handling. Another major feature of these testpins is that these wavy connection points are horizontally offset from the pin insertion points so that you can clearly see and work in the test area where the pin is inserted because the test probe(s) is not in your way. This translates into easier and faster testing and repairs. Having tested 1,000s of circuit boards over the years, we can attest that this feature alone is a great convenience by eliminating the major annoyance of the typical straight test pins of having to constantly peer around the test pin to observe the components under test and make adjustments and changes as needed. For test pin purposes, we usually clip off one of the pins and put a short piece of heat shrink tubing on the remaining pin to minimize inadvertant circuit shorts. Also, these testpins make great jumpers, with easily modifiable spacing adjustments as necessary by simply bending the wavy part and clipping to length. Also, you can cut these test pins between the two wavy points to produce two identical test pins of one pin each to double the number of your test pins / test points. Includes 1/4"-20 threaded screws, which clamp together the two plate halves, and which can also anchor the clamps onto wood, metal or plastic surfaces. These cable clamps have a rugged and durable plastic coating for much stronger gripping and much reduced fraying, and for electrical insulation / thermal insulation / mechanical insulation. Each clamp plate is 1" x 3/4". One plate is 1/4"-20 threaded, the other has a 1/4" thru hole.

These cable clamps are great for: Securing looped cables, parallel cables, joining broken cables, reinforcing damaged and frayed cables, and removing slack in overly-long cables, wires and ropes. Great for securing or guiding 3/16" - 5/16" wires, tubes, rods and ropes for numerous other applications, and as nail and screw guides. These clamps can also clamp cables, rods, tubes, etc. with diameters under about 3/16", just slide on rubber/plastic tubing over clamped area. And they can also clamp diameters over 5/16" (up to about 3/8") by using small washer(s) or nut(s) between the plates to space them if you need to.

These dual cable clamps can also be used as sliding guides for cables, wires, tubes, rods and ropes under 3/16" dia. And as tool holders and parts holders for screwdrivers and other tools and parts with shaft dia. under 1/4". Other uses for these dual cable clips is to parallel or to neatly separate from each other (i.e. space off) cables, wires, ropes, rods and tubes. And for non-electrical cables, wires, ropes, rods and tubes, they can also be used to extend their lengths by adding on additional lengths of these objects.

These cable clamps are also terrific for building up and converting shelves made of 1/4" rods (like those sold at Home Depot and Lowes) into longer shelves, wider shelves, containers, partitions, fences, barriers, gates, doors, covers, window covers, platforms, gurneys, pens, tree protectors, passage ways, etc. simply by using these dual clamps to clamp shelf sections and pieces together rod-to-rod.

These cable clamp plates can also be used separately as nuts and washers - push the thru-hole plate to the screw head end as the washer, insert the screw into object, then use the threaded plate as the nut. And of course they can be used where only single cable clamps are used as well, and paralleled where more than two clamps are needed. And of course these cable clamps are re-usable. When done with one application, simply remove and store them to use them for your next application.

Strip Connectors - You Cut Lugs In Various Lengths as You Need

New old stock (NOS). Rare, versatile Internal Tooth Lockwasher Ring Lug Crimp/Solder Terminal Connectors. Ring lugs are non-insulated bare open-sleeve (jointing sleeve). For #8 or M4 (or smaller) screws, bolts and studs. With a little reaming, these ring terminals will take a #10 screw, bolt or stud. Ring OD is 3/8", length is 13/16". Wire size up to 18 gauge, and more than one conductor can be crimped and/or soldered in the sleeve. Silvery color. Lugs solder very nicely. Ribbed sleeve for stronger conductor holds when crimped.

Comes with rare internal tooth lock washer rings that "bite" into the conductive parts adjacent to it (e.g. nut, flat washer, plate, etc.) for much tighter, more secure and longer-lasting electrical connections than plain flat rings - especially for critical connections, and for environments of mechanical shock and/or vibration and/or temperature swings and/or high humidity. Lockwasher rings save having to add more costly lock washers, as lock washers are often required for better quality, more professional connections.

Note that these lug connectors come off of a reel as one continuous strip. You receive a strip of joined connectors as shown in the top of the images - NOT as individual lugs as shown in bottom of images (shown so you know what the clipped-off individual lugs look like). You clip off the lugs you need.

Lug connectors in a continuous strip are much more versatile than individual lug terminals, consider:
      (1) Clip off lugs with sleeves on both ends for dual connections (e.g. electrical holy points, buses (or busses)), or to use spare sleeves as clip-on test points.
      (2) Clip off lockwashers by themselves for uses as regular toothed lock washers for better mechanical connections.
      (3) Clip off lugs so there are two rings with a sleeve in between the rings for "Y" connections (i.e. to connect up two screw terminals to a wire, or as a jumper with a test point).
      (4) Clip of any length of the strip for other combinations and configurations of multiple connections, or as a substitute bus (or buss), or as a cable to make temporary connections between distant points.
      (5) Wrap the lug strip around a small reel, spool or form to keep your lug connectors in the same wire/cable reel holder, stand or caddy as your wire/cable reels for quick access.

These high-quality, well-manufactured, rugged aluminum or steel industrial-grade 9 VDC battery (9V radio battery) clips/holders, while originally not designed to hold batteries but for a different use, these clips securely and snugly hold 9-volt batteries into place. We use a ton of these highly versatile 9V battery holders / 9V battery clips in electronic equipment we build, often to replace existing 9VDC battery holders / 9VDC battery clips in equipment used in our electronic laboratories and shops, and for a very wide variety of other holding, securing, hanging, guide, joining applications for the many other parts, tools, prototype boards, rods, small pipes and cabling which conveniently fit into them.

These 9-volt battery clips can mount batteries in any orientation, and adapt to all kinds of battery clip mounting constraints found in equipment: They can be mounted in any of the 3 axes, and they can hold the battery or other part either on its side or its end. There is a bottom tab in the middle of both sides of the holder, about 1/2" x 1/2" each. Either or both of these tabs can be drilled or punched for a mounting screw or pop rivet hole to mount them on the side or bottom of a project box. And either or both tabs or sides can also be bent out at 90 degrees for flat mounting on the side or bottom of a chassis. And either or both tabs or sides can be sawed off or even broken off with pliers (by bending the tabs up and down several times to induce metal fatigue). The battery clip center or ends can also be punched or drilled for mounting a pop rivet or screw to mount it without the tabs. Or the battery holder can be simply cemented into place or tied in place using tiewrap.

By squeezing in the holder/clip sides, you can considerably stiffen the grip on the battery or other part to prevent it from falling out under even rugged handling of your enclosure (we even mounted one as a test to the underside of a car and it kept the battery in place for 6 months until we removed it); and by pulling the sides slightly more apart, you can considerably loosen the grip on the battery or other part for more easy placement of it. Changing the distances between the sides also allows the clip to be used with parts of varying sizes and shapes. For thinner items, you can use wood, plastic, rubber or cardstock spacers to help secure electronic parts and other parts using these holders. And for thicker items, you can cut off or bend away one side of each of two holders, and then space the holders apart the right distance to accommodate the thicker item.

These holders are so versatile, you should keep at least several in each of your work areas. Aside from holding not only batteries but numerous other small parts, two or more can be used to securely hold, separate and/or route long items, like rods, pipes, tubing, cabling and wiring. And they can be easily used to secure adjacent flat items together in several ways. They are very versatile for many, many uses.

Battery and battery terminals (i.e. battery connectors) are not included. CAUTION: As with all items made from sheet metal, handle with care as getting cuts is always possible if you are not careful, and always of course work safely, including using gloves and protective eyewear, facewear, apron, etc.
